Es costumbre servir los panecillos junto con polenta tierna, pero tambi\u00e9n se puede sustituir por pur\u00e9 de patatas o rebanadas de pan fresco: lo importante es recoger la irresistible salsa de cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuenta la leyenda que fueron elaborados por una&nbsp;<strong>familia de agricultores monta\u00f1eses<\/strong>&nbsp;: la madre, para complacer a su peque\u00f1o hijo, que ve\u00eda a sus padres preparando rollitos de cap\u00f3n para los ricos de la zona, cogi\u00f3 un pedacito de relleno sin carne y lo envolvi\u00f3 en una&nbsp;<strong>hoja de col.<\/strong>&nbsp;; El peque\u00f1o pudo as\u00ed disfrutar finalmente de su cap\u00f9, o &#8220;cap\u00f3n&#8221; en dialecto de B\u00e9rgamo.
