{"id":3329,"date":"2024-06-15T22:43:34","date_gmt":"2024-06-15T19:43:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=3329"},"modified":"2024-06-15T22:43:34","modified_gmt":"2024-06-15T19:43:34","slug":"pizza-casera-la-receta-para-tenerla-espesa-y-suave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=3329","title":{"rendered":"Pizza casera: la receta para tenerla espesa y suave"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para la masa:<br>500 g de harina de s\u00e9mola<br>500 g de harina manitoba<br>700 g de agua a temperatura ambiente<br>15 g de levadura de cerveza<br>30 gramos de sal<br>Aceite de oliva al gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la temporada:<br>700 ml de pur\u00e9 de tomate<br>1 kg de mozzarella para pizza<br>Queso rallado<br>Aceite de oliva<br>Sal y or\u00e9gano al gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un bol combinar las harinas con la sal y la levadura disueltas en un poco de agua, vertiendo poco a poco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amasar con las manos hasta obtener una masa compacta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deja reposar la masa durante 30 minutos tapada con un pa\u00f1o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engrasar la superficie de trabajo y realizar pliegues en la masa hasta obtener una masa suave y tersa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9jalo reposar nuevamente por otros 30 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repita el paso de plegado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corta la masa en panes m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os seg\u00fan el molde que vayas a utilizar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deje que las bolas de masa crezcan por separado hasta que dupliquen su volumen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extienda la pizza en la harina de s\u00e9mola y luego mu\u00e9vala a la bandeja para hornear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sazona la pizza con tomate, mozzarella, queso rallado y un chorrito de aceite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes: Para la masa:500 g de harina de s\u00e9mola500 g de harina manitoba700 g de agua a temperatura ambiente15 g de levadura de cerveza30 gramos de salAceite de oliva al [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3329","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-recetas"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.6 -
