F\u00e1ciles de preparar y llenos de sabor, seguro se convertir\u00e1n en un favorito de la familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 20 minutos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n: 10 minutos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tiempo total: 30 minutos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 calabacines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 patatas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 gramos de harina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,5 tazas de leche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 huevos de gallina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebollas de primavera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perejil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Direcciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Preparar las verduras:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rallar los calabacines y las patatas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exprime el exceso de l\u00edquido de ambos y col\u00f3calos en un bol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparar la masa:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A\u00f1ade 1 cucharada de sal a las verduras ralladas y mezcla bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un recipiente aparte, mezcle la harina, la leche y los huevos hasta que quede una masa homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picar las cebolletas y el perejil y a\u00f1adirlos a la masa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine la masa con las verduras ralladas y mezcle bien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cocinar los panqueques:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Calentar 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n a fuego lento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vierta un cuchar\u00f3n de la masa en la sart\u00e9n y exti\u00e9ndala uniformemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fre\u00edr durante unos 3 minutos de cada lado hasta que se doren.
