Puedes asegurarte de que tiene la temperatura adecuada sumergiendo un peque\u00f1o trozo de masa: si se hunde hasta el fondo es que el aceite est\u00e1 demasiado fr\u00edo, si colorea inmediatamente es que est\u00e1 demasiado caliente; la temperatura es la adecuada si la pieza se dora lentamente y se forman peque\u00f1as burbujas a su alrededor.
