Por eso siempre es bueno incluirlos en tu dieta, quiz\u00e1s a trav\u00e9s de recetas sabrosas como la que te presentamos a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">los ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nosotros necesitamos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">250 g de ricota light<br>200 g de espinacas<br>200 ml de pur\u00e9 de tomate<br>120 g de rallado scamorza<br>50 g de parmesano rallado<br>cuatro berenjenas<br>dos l\u00e1minas de lasa\u00f1a<br>cuatro cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra<br>suficiente albahaca<br>suficiente ajo en polvo<br>suficiente sal y pimienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La preparaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo primero es quitarles el sombrero a las berenjenas, luego cortarlas a lo largo en rodajas de aproximadamente un cent\u00edmetro de grosor, tras lo cual se colocan en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de horno que hemos untado con un chorrito de aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora sazonamos tus verduras con una pizca de sal y una pizca de albahaca, tras lo cual las metemos en un horno precalentado a 200 grados durante unos veinte minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras tanto, picamos las espinacas con un cuchillo, las ponemos en un bol, a\u00f1adimos la ricota, la sal, la pimienta y un chorrito de aceite, luego mezclamos todo con una cuchara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora echamos en un recipiente el pur\u00e9 de tomate, a\u00f1adimos un chorrito de aceite, sal, pimienta y albahaca y mezclamos para darle sabor a todo, luego a\u00f1adimos tambi\u00e9n el ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora mojamos una sart\u00e9n de cer\u00e1mica con aceite, colocamos encima las berenjenas apoy\u00e1ndolas en el borde y en el fondo, luego extendemos una l\u00e1mina de lasa\u00f1a por encima, rellenamos con dos cucharadas de relleno de espinacas, un chorrito de aceite, dos cucharadas de salsa y una pizca de parmesano y estafarza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora a\u00f1adimos otras berenjenas, extendemos la l\u00e1mina de lasa\u00f1a que nos sobr\u00f3, rellenamos con espinacas, dos o tres cucharadas de salsa, un chorrito de aceite, escamorza, parmesano y otras l\u00e1minas de berenjena, luego tapamos doblando las berenjenas que ten\u00edamos. se coloca en el borde y se sazona con salsa, estafarza y \u200b\u200bparmesano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00faltimo paso es meterlo al horno a 180 grados durante media hora.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las verduras son uno de los alimentos m\u00e1s ricos en fibra y con menos calor\u00edas que existen.
