Este pan franc\u00e9s tradicional se elabora combinando leche tibia, levadura, harina, mantequilla, az\u00facar y huevo para crear una masa suave y mantecosa. Para esta receta, el m\u00e9todo de elaboraci\u00f3n del brioche se combina con el de las donas para producir una dona rica, esponjosa y llena de sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consejos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Estos brioches fritos se pueden servir con glaseado de queso crema encima. Prepare su propio glaseado mezclando 4 onzas de queso crema a temperatura ambiente, 1\/2 taza de az\u00facar glas (o az\u00facar en polvo), 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla puro tamizado y 3 a 4 cucharadas de leche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Tambi\u00e9n puedes cubrir las donas con az\u00facar de vainilla, az\u00facar de cacao o az\u00facar de canela en lugar de az\u00facar granulada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Las donas tambi\u00e9n se pueden glasear con un glaseado. Calienta el aceite a unos 350 \u00b0F. Si lo calientas m\u00e1s, los esp\u00e1rragos se quemar\u00e1n antes de cocinarse por completo. Si est\u00e1 demasiado fr\u00edo, los esp\u00e1rragos absorber\u00e1n demasiado aceite, lo que los dejar\u00e1 aceitosos. Si no tienes un term\u00f3metro, comprueba la temperatura con un trocito de pan. Una vez que creas que el aceite est\u00e1 listo, coloca un trocito de pan en el aceite. Si burbujea levemente y se dora, est\u00e1 listo para usar. Si burbujea demasiado r\u00e1pido, es posible que el aceite est\u00e9 demasiado caliente.
