Y si te gustan los guisos ricos y picantes, esta es la receta perfecta para ti. Un gulash es una combinaci\u00f3n entre una sopa y un guiso. Tiene un poco m\u00e1s de l\u00edquido que un guiso t\u00edpico, pero no tanto como para que se pueda llamar sopa. Originario de Hungr\u00eda, este guiso abundante es conocido por la inclusi\u00f3n de piment\u00f3n, que junto con la cebolla, le da la cantidad justa de picante y sabor sabroso. Tampoco es dif\u00edcil de hacer. Simplemente dore la carne, saltee las cebollas y luego coc\u00ednelas junto con el resto de los ingredientes hasta que la carne est\u00e9 tierna. Sirva el gulash con mucho pan a un lado&#8230; \u00a1lo necesitar\u00e1 para absorber esos deliciosos jugos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consejos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilice un corte de carne de res duro (que se utiliza para guisar durante un largo per\u00edodo de tiempo). Esto le dar\u00e1 el m\u00e1ximo sabor. Puede utilizar espaldilla, pecho e incluso carrilleras de res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el tocino no suelta suficiente grasa para fre\u00edr las cebollas y la carne, puedes agregar un poco m\u00e1s de aceite o mantequilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si\u00e9ntase libre de agregar otras verduras como pimientos morrones, tomates, zanahorias o papas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n puedes hacer esta receta en la olla de cocci\u00f3n lenta.
