{"id":8249,"date":"2025-03-05T10:14:48","date_gmt":"2025-03-05T08:14:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=8249"},"modified":"2025-03-05T10:14:49","modified_gmt":"2025-03-05T08:14:49","slug":"salteado-de-setas-de-cuaresma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=8249","title":{"rendered":"Salteado de setas de Cuaresma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes necesarios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 kg de champi\u00f1ones limpios, lavados y hervidos, luego escurridos bien (yo us\u00e9 hongos porcini, pero puedes elegir cualquier tipo de hongo, incluso comprado, en latas o frascos); Tambi\u00e9n puedes optar por champi\u00f1ones crudos, sin hervirlos previamente.<br>2 patatas grandes (o m\u00e1s, seg\u00fan se desee)<br>Una zanahoria de tama\u00f1o mediano<br>4 dientes de ajo<br>Medio manojo de perejil verde y eneldo<br>Sal, pimienta, aceite<br>4 cucharadas de pan rallado (+\/- 2 cucharadas de harina) para la composici\u00f3n, m\u00e1s harina para dar forma<br>C\u00f3mo preparar la parjola cuaresmal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hervir las patatas y las zanahorias en agua fr\u00eda (con c\u00e1scara). Una vez que est\u00e9n listos, escurrimos el agua y los pasamos r\u00e1pidamente por agua fr\u00eda, luego retiramos la piel. Haga un pur\u00e9 bien con las verduras utilizando un accesorio para hacer pur\u00e9.<br>En un bol, mezcle los champi\u00f1ones molidos, el pur\u00e9 de verduras, las verduras finamente picadas, los dientes de ajo machacados, la sal y la pimienta. Si se desintegra durante la fritura, a\u00f1adir un poco de harina a la mezcla. Cuando las alb\u00f3ndigas est\u00e9n doradas por un lado, dales la vuelta con una cuchara.
