{"id":8509,"date":"2025-03-15T12:29:07","date_gmt":"2025-03-15T10:29:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=8509"},"modified":"2025-03-15T12:29:07","modified_gmt":"2025-03-15T10:29:07","slug":"tortitas-de-col-y-tofu-con-champinones-y-pimientos-morrones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=8509","title":{"rendered":"Tortitas de col y tofu con champi\u00f1ones y pimientos morrones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para las hamburguesas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">250 g de tofu, escurrido y desmenuzado<br>1\/2 repollo peque\u00f1o, finamente rallado<br>30 g de champi\u00f1ones, finamente picados<br>40 g de pimientos morrones, finamente picados<br>15 g de ajo, picado<br>20 g de cebollas verdes, finamente picadas<br>3 huevos, batidos<br>3 cucharadas de f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz<br>1 cucharada de salsa de soja<br>1\/4 cucharadita de sal<br>Pimienta negra, al gusto<br>2 cucharadas de aceite de cocina (para la mezcla)<br>Aceite de cocina (para fre\u00edr)<br>Para la salsa para mojar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cucharada de mayonesa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Instrucciones:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prepara el tofu:<\/strong><br>escurre bien el tofu y desmen\u00fazalo en un taz\u00f3n grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prepara las verduras:<\/strong><br>Ralla finamente el repollo, pica los champi\u00f1ones, los pimientos y las cebolletas, y pica el ajo.<br>A\u00f1ade el repollo rallado, los champi\u00f1ones picados, los pimientos, el ajo y las cebolletas al bol con el tofu desmenuzado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mezcla los ingredientes:<\/strong><br>Agrega los huevos batidos, la maicena, la salsa de soya, la sal y la pimienta negra a la mezcla de tofu y vegetales.<br>Mezcla todo bien hasta que est\u00e9 bien integrado. La mezcla debe quedar ligeramente pegajosa y mantenerse unida al formar la hamburguesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dale forma a las hamburguesas:<\/strong><br>forma la mezcla en hamburguesas peque\u00f1as, aproximadamente del tama\u00f1o de la palma de tu mano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cocinar las hamburguesas:<\/strong><br>Calentar aceite en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio.<br>Fre\u00edr las hamburguesas por tandas, cocinando cada lado durante unos 4 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n doradas y crujientes.
