Alternativamente, blanquearlos en agua con sal durante 1 o 2 minutos.<br>Escurrirlas bien, exprimirlas para eliminar el exceso de agua y picarlas finamente. \ud83e\udd6c\ud83d\udd2a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2\ufe0f\u20e3 Preparar la masa:<br>En un bol, combine la ricota, la espinaca picada, el parmesano, el huevo y la harina. Mezclar hasta que la masa est\u00e9 suave pero no pegajosa.<br>Condimentar con sal, pimienta y si se desea a\u00f1adir una pizca de nuez moscada rallada. \u2728\ud83c\udf74<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 Dale forma al gnudi:<br>Sobre una superficie enharinada, toma peque\u00f1as cantidades de masa, forma bolitas y apl\u00e1nalas ligeramente. Reboza cada gnudo en harina para evitar que se peguen durante la cocci\u00f3n. \ud83e\udd5f\ud83c\udf3e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 Cocinar los gnudi:<br>Ponga a hervir una olla con agua salada y sumerja los gnudi de a pocos a la vez.
