Rallarlos utilizando un rallador con agujeros grandes.<br>Colocar los calabacines rallados en un colador, salarlos ligeramente y dejarlos reposar durante 10-15 minutos. Esto ayuda a eliminar el exceso de agua.<br>Expr\u00edmelas bien con las manos o envolvi\u00e9ndolas en un pa\u00f1o limpio para eliminar toda la humedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2\ufe0f\u20e3 Preparar la masa:<br>En un taz\u00f3n grande, combine el calabac\u00edn exprimido, el huevo, el parmesano, el pan rallado, el ajo picado (si se usa), las hierbas, la sal y la pimienta.<br>Mezclar hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea y compacta. Si est\u00e1 demasiado blanda, a\u00f1adir una cucharada de harina para espesar.<br>Deja reposar la masa en el frigor\u00edfico durante 10 minutos, as\u00ed ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil darle forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 Formar las alb\u00f3ndigas:<br>Con las manos ligeramente h\u00famedas, tomar porciones de masa y formar alb\u00f3ndigas de unos 3-4 cm de di\u00e1metro.<br>Col\u00f3calas en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de horno y \u00fantalas con un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra para que se doren perfectamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 Hornear:<br>Precalentar el horno a 180\u00b0C (est\u00e1tico) o 160\u00b0C (con ventilador).<br>Cocine las alb\u00f3ndigas durante 20-25 minutos, d\u00e1ndoles la vuelta a la mitad de la cocci\u00f3n, hasta que queden doradas y crujientes por la superficie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5\ufe0f\u20e3 Servir y disfrutar:<br>Sacar las alb\u00f3ndigas del horno y dejarlas enfriar unos minutos.<br>Sirva con una salsa de tomate r\u00fastica o yogur griego para darle un toque fresco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udca1Consejos adicionales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personaliza el sabor: prueba reemplazar el ajo con cebolla picada o agrega especias como piment\u00f3n o c\u00farcuma para darle un toque ex\u00f3tico. \ud83c\udf36\ufe0f<br>Versi\u00f3n ligera: \u00a1Puedes cocinarlos en la freidora de aire para obtener un resultado a\u00fan m\u00e1s ligero!
