{"id":8653,"date":"2025-03-20T21:19:16","date_gmt":"2025-03-20T19:19:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=8653"},"modified":"2025-03-20T21:19:16","modified_gmt":"2025-03-20T19:19:16","slug":"solo-3g-de-levadura-y-se-digiere-de-maravilla%f0%9f%98%8d-despues-de-probarla-no-volveras-a-dejar-esta-masa-de-pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=8653","title":{"rendered":"Solo 3g de levadura y se digiere de maravilla\ud83d\ude0d Despu\u00e9s de probarla, no volver\u00e1s a dejar esta masa de pizza:"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harina 00 \u2013 500 g<br>Agua \u2013 300 g<br>Aceite de oliva virgen extra \u2013 50 g<br>Sal \u2013 7 g<br>Az\u00facar granulada \u2013 7 g<br>Levadura de cerveza seca \u2013 3 g (o 10 g de levadura fresca)<br>Aceite de oliva virgen extra (para trabajar la masa) \u2013 al gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mezclar los ingredientes secos.<br>En un bol grande tamiza la harina y a\u00f1ade el az\u00facar y la levadura de cerveza seca. Revuelva para distribuir uniformemente los ingredientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparar la mezcla l\u00edquida<br>Verter el agua en una jarra, a\u00f1adir la sal y el aceite de oliva virgen extra y mezclar brevemente con una cuchara.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combina los l\u00edquidos con la harina.<br>Vierta la mezcla l\u00edquida sobre los ingredientes secos y comience a mezclar con una cuchara.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amasar<br>Cuando la masa comience a formarse, trab\u00e1jala en\u00e9rgicamente con las manos durante unos minutos hasta obtener una mezcla gruesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trabaje la masa sobre una superficie aceitada.<br>Transfiera la masa a una superficie de trabajo ligeramente engrasada con aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realiza los pliegues de refuerzo<br>Con las manos untadas de aceite, realizar una serie de pliegues para reforzar la malla de gluten: doblar los bordes de la masa hacia adentro y dejar reposar tapada durante 20 minutos. Repetir la operaci\u00f3n dos veces m\u00e1s, dejando siempre reposar la masa entre un pliegue y el siguiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtener una masa suave y homog\u00e9nea.<br>Despu\u00e9s del \u00faltimo conjunto de pliegues, forme una bola lisa y compacta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Levadura<br>Colocar la masa en un bol ligeramente aceitado, cubrirla con un pa\u00f1o limpio y dejarla levar en el horno con la luz encendida durante unas 3 horas, hasta que triplique su volumen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leudado lento (opcional)<br>Si quieres mejorar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la digestibilidad de la masa, puedes meterla en el frigor\u00edfico durante 24 horas y utilizarla al d\u00eda siguiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listo para usar<br>Una vez levada la masa est\u00e1 lista para ser extendida y rellenada.
