Esc\u00farralo. En una cacerola, mezcle el arroz con 400 ml de agua fr\u00eda y sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n, luego reducir el fuego y cocinar a fuego lento durante 15-20 minutos, o hasta que el arroz est\u00e9 bien cocido. Retirar del fuego y reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparar el repollo: Mientras se cocina el arroz, retirar las hojas exteriores del repollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con un cuchillo afilado, corte el repollo en rodajas finas. Puede usar una mandolina para obtener cortes m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles y uniformes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saltear el repollo: Calentar aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio. Agregar el repollo cortado en rodajas y cocinar de 5 a 7 minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9 tierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sazonar con sal y pimienta negra al gusto. Reservar en un taz\u00f3n grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepare la masa para panqueques: en un recipiente aparte, bata los huevos, la harina y la sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arma el panqueque: Agrega el repollo cocido, el arroz, el at\u00fan enlatado (escurrido), el aceite de s\u00e9samo, la salsa de soya y el vinagre de arroz a un taz\u00f3n grande. Mezcla bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calentar la sart\u00e9n: Calentar otra cucharada de aceite de oliva en la sart\u00e9n a fuego medio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cocina los panqueques: Vierte aproximadamente \u00bc de taza de la masa para panqueques en la sart\u00e9n. Remueve la masa para extenderla formando un c\u00edrculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cocine de 2 a 3 minutos o hasta que la base est\u00e9 dorada. Voltee el panqueque y coc\u00ednelo de 2 a 3 minutos m\u00e1s o hasta que est\u00e9 bien cocido.
