{"id":9060,"date":"2025-04-03T21:51:36","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T18:51:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=9060"},"modified":"2025-04-03T21:51:37","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T18:51:37","slug":"bunuelos-de-patata-y-zanahoria-un-aperitivo-facil-y-saludable-para-tu-familia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=9060","title":{"rendered":"Bu\u00f1uelos de patata y zanahoria: un aperitivo f\u00e1cil y saludable para tu familia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">180 g de patatas ralladas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">135 g de zanahorias ralladas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">40 g de cebolla finamente picada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 chiles verdes, finamente picados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cucharada de cilantro picado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 huevo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1,5 cucharaditas de sal (al gusto)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0,5 cucharadita de pimienta negra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 cucharadas de harina de ma\u00edz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceite de cocina (para fre\u00edr)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instrucciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparar las verduras:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rallar las patatas y las zanahorias utilizando un rallador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Picar finamente la cebolla y los chiles verdes. Picar el cilantro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mezclar los ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un taz\u00f3n grande, combine las papas ralladas, las zanahorias ralladas, la cebolla picada, los chiles verdes y el cilantro picado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1ade el huevo, la sal, la pimienta negra y la harina de ma\u00edz al bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezcle bien hasta que todos los ingredientes est\u00e9n completamente combinados y formen una masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Calentar el aceite:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una sart\u00e9n grande, caliente suficiente aceite de cocina a fuego medio para fre\u00edr ligeramente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fre\u00edr los bu\u00f1uelos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saque una cucharada de masa y forme una peque\u00f1a hamburguesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coloque con cuidado la hamburguesa en el aceite caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repita con la masa restante, friendo unos cuantos bu\u00f1uelos a la vez sin sobrecargar la sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fre\u00edr los bu\u00f1uelos durante unos 3-4 minutos por cada lado, o hasta que est\u00e9n dorados y crujientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Escurrir y servir:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retire los bu\u00f1uelos del aceite y col\u00f3quelos en un plato forrado con papel toalla para escurrir el exceso de aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sirva los bu\u00f1uelos calientes con su salsa para mojar o chutney preferido.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes: 180 g de patatas ralladas 135 g de zanahorias ralladas 40 g de cebolla finamente picada 3 chiles verdes, finamente picados 1 cucharada de cilantro picado 1 huevo 1,5 [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":9061,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9060","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recetas"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.6 -
