Ambos se elaboran con los mismos ingredientes -magro de cerdo, corteza, sal, pimienta, clavo y nuez moscada-, pero lo que cambia es la tripa: el cotechino queda encerrado dentro de una\u00a0<strong>tripa&lt;. a i=4>natural o sint\u00e9tica, mientras que la manita en la\u00a0corteza<\/strong>\u00a0de la pata delantera del cerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes empezar con un&nbsp;<strong>producto fresco<\/strong>, comprarlo a tu carnicero de confianza y luego hervir en agua durante unas 2 horas y media.
