Ingredients:
500 g of cake flour
8 g of baking powder
1 g of salt
10 g of lemon zest
1 g of vanilla extract
50 g of butter
3 whole eggs
1 yolk
30 g of liqueur
10 g of milk
Peanut oil for frying
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- Also add the vanilla extract and the grated lemon zest.
- Break the butter into pieces with your hands and add it to the powders.
- Finally, add the eggs and knead with your hands.
- Add the milk, then form a loaf and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them out until you get a thin sheet.
- Use a pizza cutter to make strips.
- After letting them rest for 10 minutes, fry them in plenty of boiling oil until golden brown.
- Serve decorated with powdered sugar.
